Elaine Nash
Elaine has been a social worker since 1991 and has worked in management and leadership positions since 2002. She is passionate about excellence in leadership, systems, processes and service design.
Elaine holds qualifications in Business, Management, Leadership and Project Management as well Mindfulness, Coaching, the Leadership Circle Profile and Appreciative Inquiry. She emphasises positive inquiry and a solutions-focus in her approach.

Great leaders stand for what matters and create it. Elaine is a certified coach with experience in individual and group coaching. She will work with you and your leadership group to co-create the future possibilities you aspire to and help you realise them.
Leadership Development
Elaine is a certified practitioner in The Leadership Circle Profile, The Collective Leadership Assessment and Appreciative Inquiry. Using these exceptional tools, she will support you and your leadership team to develop their individual and collective leadership from the inside – out. She will support you to scale your capabilities to successfully meet challenges and thrive in an increasingly uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment.
Workshops and Training
Thriving in complexity means identifying current and emerging needs. Influence Through Insight will co-design workshops and training opportunities with you to support your organisation to seek and find viable alternative and innovative options to meet these needs.
Professional Supervision
Elaine is an Accredited Social Worker certified and experienced in the supervision of allied health professionals. She will work with you using solutions focused and solutions based approaches to support you to be the professional you aspire to become.
